OVERVIEW 

Bike Easy’s League Certified Cycling Instructors can assist in supporting group bike rides with a pre-ride bike safety talk, covering a bike safety check, rules of the road, and tips for riding in a group.  Instructors can also offer support in leading or following throughout the ride.
