Did you bike to work this week?

Bike Easy’s 2019 Greater New Orleans Bike to Work Day, presented by Entergy, was a great success! Whether you rode with a bike train or solo to our breakfast meet up in Duncan Plaza, thanks for joining us. Mayor Cantrell, City Councilmembers, and advocates spoke about the importance of celebrating the growing bike culture in New Orleans and planning efforts to ensure our roads are built to keep us safe.

And to all people who can’t bike to work but are going for rides in their free time – to a friends house, to get groceries, around the park – we see you! Make sure you’re registered for the Bike Easy Challenge so you can log those rides to gain points and win prizes.

There are a couple more events coming up throughout April including our Challenge Happy Hour at Seven Three Distilling. Come out Thursday, April 18 from 6-8PM for some tasty drinks and free swag. Anyone who rides to Seven Three and logs their ride as part of the Challenge will be eligible to win a prize!
