By reaching out to our elected officials in mass that day, we aim to make our message loud and clear: we want people on bikes to stop dying in our streets. The spike in deaths, and the lack of response from our elected officials is unacceptable and we want them to act NOW.

- We want them to make a public statement recognizing that this is a crisis, and it needs to be addressed.
- We want them to prioritize safe infrastructure for ALL road users.
- We want them to actively promote safe driving.
- We want them to work closely with the Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) to better manage the current state roads in Orleans Parish.
