Mayor Michael S. Yenni invites you to participate in the first annual Rivertown Revival Festival. The theme of the day’s event will be bicycle advocacy, conducted in partnership with Bike Easy, a Greater New Orleans nonprofit whose mission is to make bicycle ridding easy, safe, and fun.


10:00am – Bike from Oak Street in New Orleans and ending at La Salle’s landing in Rivertown at 11am
Volunteer captains from the Kenner Police Department and local bike organizations that will provide guidance and assistance along the path.
Complimentary bike valet by Bike Easy
Bike safety workshop conducted by the Kenner Police Department Bike Officers (Officer Quincy Bryant) including a demo car for youth to practice skills

Proceeds raised from the Rivertown Revival Festival will go towards the cost of a new bicycle repair station improvement project to be constructed at La Salle’s Landing. The project will include the installation of a public use bike pump and work stand made by Bike Fixtation.


Festival include locally sponsored food, and NOLA Treblemakers and the New Creations Brass Band will lead a second line parade from the levee into the festival.

Farmers Market and Arts Market The day’s events also include the celebration of the one year anniversary of the Rivertown Farmers Market, and an outdoor Arts Market conducted in partnership with the Arts Council of New Orleans.
