Youth Bike Rodeo

Come participate in our youth bike rodeo at March Madness at the Thursday Farmer’s Market on the Lafitte Greenway!

 

Youth bike and pedestrian rodeos focus on giving youth participants the essential skills they need to learn bicycle and pedestrian safely, while creating a fun and playful series of activities for them to learn.

We practice motor skills, go through mock intersections and demonstrate signaling to reinforce traffic principles.

BYOBike or we will have a few kids’ bikes available for use during the event.
