Carnival season may have you busy with parade watching, king cake eating, and costume making, but I need a moment of your attention. St. Tammany Parish is gathering community feedback for its Comprehensive Pedestrian & Bicycle Plan, and your input is invaluable!
This is a great opportunity to help share the future of biking and walking infrastructure in the parish. Whether you are a resident of St. Tammany, or visit it, your input is appreciated.
I went to one of their community meetings last week and it was shocking to see the bicycle and pedestrian crash data maps. It is important to give your input to this type of plan, especially if you are familiar with the area in order to guide improvements needed that can prevent future issues.
Please take a few minutes to complete this survey by Friday, February 28th.
