A project to document New Orleans’ investments in developing a connected, low-stress network of walking and bicycling facilities and analyzing outcomes resulting from those investments.

Our programs promote bicycle safety and equip old and new riders alike with the resources and skills they need to ride a bicycle safely and confidently, with the ultimate goal of increasing bicycle ridership in our region.
An effective Complete Streets policy means every street that is built or reconstructed is designed to accommodate all people. Our long-term goal is that this complete streets approach is institutionalized and normalized in all jurisdictions of Greater New Orleans and that all steps of street design, construction, and operations embody these values.

Our Free Bicycle Valet can be found at many events all throughout the city. Find us yearly at: Wednesday at the Square, Congo Square Rhythms Festival, Fete Francaise, and Oak Street Po-Boy Festival – and find us at new events every year!
