Get back on the Saddle
Dust off that old bike, or walk up to see how you can incorporate bicycle riding into your everyday life.
Through hands-on activities, we’ll answer the question:
“As I age, what is the right bike for me?” (e.g. trikes, arthritis, rehabbing from an injury or knee replacements, safety)
All are welcome, but we’ll target our lesson to Baby Boomers — people aged 48 – 66 AND their families and friends. Bring your crew!
