Join Councilmember LaToya Cantrell, Bike Easy, Tulane Prevention Research Center, Fit NOLA, NOLA Women on Bikes, Doc Griggs, Andrew H. Wilson School and Sylvanie Williams College Prep at this fun, neighborhood bike ride and wellness fair to kick off Walk & Roll to School Week!

REGISTRATION & YOUTH BIKE RODEO

11:00am – 12:00pm: Register for the event, and expand your bike knowledge at the Youth Bike Rodeo. Youth bikes will be available to borrow, but parents will be asked to sign a waiver. Get a free kids bike helmet for participating!

NEIGHBORHOOD BIKE RIDE

12:00pm – 1:00pm: Enjoy a community bike ride through the Broadmoor neighborhood – starting at Wilson School, stopping at Taylor park, and ending at Keller Library! We have a limited supply of adult bikes available to borrow, and they will be first come first served. ID required to borrow a bike.

FAMILY FAIR

1:00pm – 3:00pm: Family fair at the Rosa F. Keller Library will have music, food trucks, a Mother’s Day card-making station, Fit NOLA hula-hooping & lots more! FREE bike valet provided!
