About Prospect New Orleans
Prospect New Orleans was conceived in the tradition of the great international exhibitions, such as the Venice Biennale and the Bienal de São Paulo, to showcase new artistic practices from around the world in settings that are both historic and culturally exceptional, and contribute to the cultural economy of New Orleans and the Louisiana Gulf region. P.3Rides will offer bike tours of Prospect.3’s events in New Orleans’ far-flung citywide locations. With so many exhibitions and events taking place concurrently, P.3Rides will simplify the process of engaging in P.3’s offerings and encourage active participation in the arts. For visitors, the tours will give a comprehensive overview of New Orleans, and for residents, they will help provide historical context and build civic pride in the diverse offerings of our City.
Prospect.3 New Orleans, the third edition of New Orleans International Contemporary Art Biennial, will open to the public on October 25, 2014.
Visit Prospect New Orleans’ website for more information about the art exhibitions.
