PRESS CONFERENCE: A CALL FOR JUSTICE AND ENFORCEMENT OF TRAFFIC LAWS
Join Bike Easy, the New Orleans bicycling community and local residents as we stand in solidarity to demand traffic violence justice and enforcement.
Following the traffic violence committed on Friday April 11th in which a driver rear ended a group of bicyclists on Chef Menteur Highway, killing one and seriously injuring another, Bike Easy and members of the community will stand in solidarity to demand that justice be served and that traffic law be swiftly enforced by the NOPD Traffic Fatality Unit in this case and in traffic violence cases going forward.
You can help prevent such senseless crimes by adding your voice to our collective call for the protection of the rights of bicyclists on the road.
Please join us for this important event.
