Membership and Volunteer Coordinator

Fidel Azazi

Fidel Azazi has joined the Bike Easy team as a volunteer through AmeriCorps Vista in lieu with Tulane Center for Public Service. Fidel served with the United Nations for over 6 years in response to the migrant refugee crisis from 2013 till 2018 in Lebanon and, was awarded two master degrees in International European Law from Paris Sud University and Political Science from Universite La Sagesse. After moving to New Orleans in mid 2018, Fidel believed that New Orleans is a perfect place to pursue non-profit career in such cultural and vibrant melting pot.

As the Membership and Volunteer Coordinator, Fidel is excited to engage with New Orleanians and learn about how to make biking safe in public spaces. He will be engaging with citizens, volunteers and constituents through information content and hands on involvement. You’ll hear from Fidel in social media and volunteer updates.
